Overall A Nice Place to live

After living at Woodchase for over 1.5 years, I feel it's time to edit my review. My initial experience was a disaster, but the office staff seems to have changed greatly since then.
The complex is very quiet. I have not had any problems with noise. The Landscaping around the apartment is also great to look at. In my few interactions with the office staff, they seem to be very friendly. I haven't had any problems with anyone. As far as the inside of the apartment goes the carpet is great. Soft and very easy to clean. They are also very generous with the closet space.
Now for the bad. There are many little thing inside of the apartment that are missing. First off, no cable outlet in the bedroom. The water also doesn't stay hot enough to fill up the bathtub. Very small bathroom in my 2 bedroom.
The worst thing are the high electric bills. If I have to run the heat or air with any regularity, the electric bill can go up to $200 plus , and that's for an 805 square foot apartment!
Also keep in mind that there is an issue with for Woodchase and the surrounding apartments with power outages. What does this mean' A Small thunderstorm can knock your power out for literally hours. During Thunderstorm season (March-June) of 07', I must have lost power at least 10 times.
Despite, the isues it's a nice place to live.

Apartments are very old. Yes, the outside looks good and is well maintained, but the inside of the apartments are very old. I live on the second floor and I have mold coming through the vents. I can only imagine what's going on below me or even next door. The walls are thin, so I have been forced to call the police several times. All in all, I would not recommend anyone moving here. The prices are not cheap, you can move up the street to better apartments for cheaper prices. Even the sister properties are better than WOODCHASE.

The walls are very thin. So thin, that I can often smell what my neighbors are cooking!!
