Obviously the only good reviews on here are done by people in the office. You can tell by the way it was written and anyone who lives here would not recommend this hell hole. Perhaps the people in the front office should spend more time fixing all the problems with this place so they won't have to waste time lying about their property on here in a feable attempt to get new fools to rent from them. I would suggest no one rent from Woodchase unless you would like to constantly be hassled by the apartment staff that doesn't seem to do anything for the current residents, an apartment falling apart that they won't ever fix, and a staff that enters your apartment at inappropriate times (without notice, or reason). They fail to leave your apartment as it was when they entered and that includes securing it. They are irresponsible and unethical. The maintenance staff has access to your keys and therefore your stuff as well 24/7 and abuse that privelege. Even the new renovations are a waste of time when the people who put in a fence don't take care of it and it rusts within a couple of days then they paint over the rust which means the fence is still deteriorating underneath. The other fences they painted that were already in place they did such a bad job on that it was peeling within 2 days. Do not be fooled by their claims that the new management is making this place better or that they have great new renovations. It is all lies!
