The apartments are old and run down. The appliances are old and don't work properly . The electric bill is very very high. The hot water is limited .The toilets always overflow and the management is rude and unhelpful.The jacuzzi is always out of order and the grounds are dirty.The apartments are infested with ants and the problem was never solved. Every apartment around was remodeled but ours and we paid the same amt.
I could smell the neighbors pot smoke and we had to call the Police several times for loud partying at all hours of the day and night. The apartment walls were infected with mold and the management tried to say it was the oil based paint bleeding. When we moved out they tried to charge us replacement charges for their old and rundown appliances that we reported numerous times as not working properly. HORRIBLE PLACE CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH DO NOT LIVE THERE
