Woodchase is probably the worst apt. complex I've lived in. From the 20 year old appliances, abandoned cars in the parking lot, and incompetent office staff; you'll quickly find that it is not the place they advertise. I've spent more time dealing with being nickle and dimed for miscellaneous charges than enjoying being at home. The management never keeps their promises and follow through with what they say. The place is 30 years old, and you can hear every bump, knock and creek. Maintainance issues take days to get fixed; and their maint. guys don't speak English so thay don't know what you're explaining half the time. If you like having a sense of "peace of mind" when at home; keep driving past the place.
