Lived here awhile. Everything keeps breaking in the apartment. We've had the air conditioner, fridge, hot water heater, ice maker, smoke detectors, ceiling fan, etc. The walls are also so thin you will hear everything your neighbors beside and above you do. Pay a little more and live up the street in a newer and nicer place.
