I am currently living in Addison Park Apartments (once known as Berkshires of Addison). Countless problems with getting maintenance requests taken care of when giving them to the leasing office. I get told that they will get written down in the book, and a few weeks can go by and nothing gets done. Countless numbers of calls I had to place to follow up on maintenance requests, and nobody at the leasing office can even acknowledge the fact that a call has been placed for maintenance. If I need maintenance requests completed, I will send them directly to the managing company of Addison Park, which is CNC Investments. If going through the management company, then the requests can get resolved within 24-48 hours. I will not sign another lease with Addison Park Apartments. The complex is an older community, and for the number of problems that can go wrong, it's not worth the rent paid.

If you want a class A apartment, pony up the $2000 a month a get one. Maybe you should just leave.
