I lived here for 15 months and it was great. Maintenance was usually timely. The office manager, Stacey H. was willing to work with me and reach a compromise. She was always sincere but friendly. The apt has many retirees and is very quiet and safe, but perhaps also boring. Rent was barely lower than average for the Marsh/Beltline area when I investigated in 2006. I recommend living here if it is in your price range. I relocated because I could find lower rent in a different area, but I regret it. I wish they had lower rent efficiencies!
