Sadness Fills The Complex

15 months ago I moved here and never had been so happy at any other complex I had lived. Recently our complex was purchased by another company. We all come home one day and all of a sudden realize that they changed all of our parking spaces. With the previous management we were allowed to choose where we wanted our car to be parked and they would paint our # on it for us. I have a huge problem in coming home and all of that is taken. After having my attorney write a letter because they wouldn't even consider it I finally got my space back. It also seems interesting to me that we have extravagant carpet in the halls of the building and then the new company decides to replace the carpet in the elevators that matched the halls. Do they at all consider replacing the carpet with the same, oh no, let's go to el cheapo carpet off Harry Heinz and buy the cheapest and ugliest of carpet squares and put those in. After this was completed they decided to repaint the building. Well the most entertaining article about this is that fact that they pic a hideous powder yellow with black porches and doors. Do we never consult a designer for this' The best part of all is that my rent is going to go up over $100 when it runs out next month. For the ignorant individual who wrote, "The management is good to me! Just because you're complaining that rent is going up, all complexes do that". He is true that the majority of the rent does go up, I just don't think he has the level of intelligence to know the history of this complex and with this comment he thought was intelligent actually degraded him due to his lack of history and research of this complex. I hope that soon it will be bought out again and we will have capable individuals that work here to fulfill the position for what it is really for! They needed to know who's positions they were filling when they took the job! I hate to move because I enjoy my floorplan tremendously, however I don't have time to live in a blackmale adverstisement pit hole! I will be impressed when they grasp that they soon will lose tons of residents.
