Huntington Cove

This place might be okay if they spent some money on the INSIDE of the place and not worry about landscaping. No insulation at all.Electric bills threw the roof! Not to mention the dog sh.t everywhere, parents that play baseball in the parking lot with their kids (yes right next to your car) instead of taking them to the many parks in the area. There are MANY families here that have more than 8 people in these tiny apartments.I'd say a good 90% of the tenants here are unfriendly, lazy, sloppy, steal your covered parking, and just have no respect for their neighbors in general.

I have lived at Huntington Cove for four months, having relocated to Dallas. I have never seen children playing in the parking lot. Although I know children live in the complex, I rarely see or hear them and have never been bothered by them. Same with the dogs, of which their are quite a few (generally small). I have never had another person park in my reserved spot. The grounds are well kept. Many people have put potted plants by their door. Patios are fenced in and not visible, so I don't know if they are "sloppy." My neighbors are neighborly -- we exchange nods, hellos and chit chat, but don't intrude on each other's space. So I would have to disagree that 90% of the tenants are "unfriendly, lazy ... and just have no respect for their neighbors in general". My electricity bill for this very hot summer was what I expected -- about $200/month. But I chose to keep my unit pleasantly cool.
