I recently moved into Laguna Vista apts. and I just love it here! The office staff was very helpful and friendly and made my move extremly easy!!! I will refer my friends to Laguna Vista Apts when and if they look for an apt. I love the amenities here and you can not beat free breakfast EVERY SINGLE SATURDAY (not just once a month like most places I know of)!!!! Do not believe any nasty rumors you may hear because that is exactly what they are rumors! Thanks to the staff for everything, YOU ALL HAVE BEEN GREAT!

What rumors? The facts people stated about the problems are all valid. Crime, fire alarms, smells,noise, garbage, parking challenges, and poor managements are just a few of the "amenities" that come with these apartments. Your rating is clearly skewed. Do you work here? Did you get free rent?
