Laguna Vista Apartments

Not going to renew my lease From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/18/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   The new management has made some changes, for one the saturday breakfasts that used to happen every saturday only happen every other saturday now. Management said they increased security in the parkeing garage, this involved putting up signs that tell you to lock your car and remove valuables. When we moved in their was 2 reserved spot on our floor, there are now 7 reserved spots and 2 handycapped spots on our floor. Sure you can park on level 5 where there are no apartments (building is only 4 stories) and hope something bad doesnt happen to your car where no one will see or hear it. Trash is still terrible, on weekends garbage will pile up almost waist high and looks terrible if you have guests walk through. The only good thing that has changed is that the apartment now tows cars that dont have parking stickers, I have heard they do this frequently but have yet to have seen it myself. If the staff reads this, and I am sure they will, please make some changes or expect more people to non-renew at the end of their leases.
