Laguna Vista Apartments

Hate it !!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/4/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008 1 response   This place looks nice on the outside but every day & night my neighbors kill me with the noise above & below. When I call on them nothing is done no follow up call. Then they get even louder & not sure if they where told to be quite or not. I had a strange man come to my door shortly after I called & with me being a single woman I did not answer the door do not know if was courteous officer or my pissed neighbors. Parking is sucks it you are out & do not get back until after 8:00 good luck finding a place to park. I have had to park out on the street many times not very safe. People in the office useless or wait there good for one thing getting your packages. By the way when they say they are open till 6:00 they lock the doors 15 min till. Just went down there today to pick up a package doors closed & not even 6:00. Oh is something even better some pet owners just let there dog out in the hall to pee in the hall way then let the dog back in.......Lazy.....so you can image how the halls smell. Instead of them spending money on Breakfast they should spend it on more parking or lowering the rent. Please looks some place else & save your money & sleepless nights. I so can not wait to get out of this place just moved in Aug.
