I don't live their, I was driving by and the property looks much better with all the work that they have done. I also when to the office to see the quality of the apartment, how do they look from the inside and it looks desent to live their, what i like the most it is that they have new carpet in the unit. What got my attention was that i saw 6 people working in the inside of the buildings, around the parking lot, in the outside of the building,grass much better that before.
