ive been living at villa marquis for at least nine years, my family and i first lived in a 1 bedroom on the 2nd floor the we moved to one on the 1st floor, later we moved out but ended up coming back and moved into a 2 bedroom from there we moved to the 3 bedroom where we are at now, although they are not the most beautiful looking apartments they are a pretty good deal.if you want to stay in the carrollton/farmers branch area they would be the better choice. im not saying they are the best aprtments but they are pretty safe, generally well maintained, all the neighbors are really friendly and overall its a very familiar atmosphere so i would recommend these apts to a friend.
