I lived there for 1.5 years and never had one complaint, really. I guess if I were to complain about anything it would be the antiquated HVAC systems. In the summer, the A/C runs virtually 24/7 pushing electric bills through the roof. I was averaging $500 bills during the summer keeping the thermostat on 74. Parking was a bit dicey after 4PM. Otherwise, apartments were spacious, clean, and updated. Great green spaces, perfect for pets. Definitely one of the better apartment complexes I've lived in. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG

I'm looking into these apartments and have some questions about your high electric bills. What size apartment did you have? Did you keep the thermostat at 74 degrees, 24/7? I greatly appreciate any additional info that you can provide. I know with rising fuel costs, standard kilowatt hour rates went through the roof and everyone's electric bills went up. Just trying to get an idea of electric bills during key months (July/Aug and Dec/Jan) at this complex. Thank you!

well we have just moved here and since June 1st till now our bill for these two months was 200-280 keeping our thermostat on 78 during the day time and 75 at night. we also like living here but we have problems dealing with maintenance issue. the management is so unfriendly and hardly smile at you and if you ever call them they always seem to be in a rush and will never speak a 2nd word which is OK but sometimes really annoying. They are pretty quick in responding to maintenance request but for one issue you have call over and over because they have to fix one things again and again..at least its happening with us. I agree that after 4pm the parking is hard to find but still this complex is good in many ways specially in looks and upgraded features.
whoever owns this property really needs to hire more freindely and welcoming admintsration staff... as right now they are HORRIBLE.
