Laguna Vista Apartments 41% Recommended Apr 24 2008: I have been a happy resident of Laguna Vista for eighteen months, and during that time I have found it to be well maintained, clean, and run by a group of dedicated professionals. I am especially happy with the business Villas at Parkside 40% Recommended Apr 24 2008: These apts are very nice and the community is nice as well. If you have a maintenance issue, then you can forget about it. They are non-responsive. The manager will not return calls. This is the quietest complex I've ever lived in. Granted I do hear the person above me every once in awhile, but that's apartment living. This is by far the worst place to live.
