"ghetto"brook apartments is more like it

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2009
 
ive lived here for almost 3yrs and its almost a common sight to see the cops here on a regular basis. the managment keeps promising all these upgrades for the apartment but i have yet to see anything but the workers that are "upgrading" the place sitting on there butts and drinking.
