I was very happy - I lived here from January 2003 to June of 2004. They only offered one bedroom apartments (all bills paid) which were really clean . There were never any bugs or crime. When something broke they fixed it right away. There was also a small swimming pool which was always open and clean. the only drawback for me was there is no washer dryer hookups or a laundry room in the complex. But the new owner is putting alot of time, effort and money into making this a better community then it has been in the past. Don't let the area scare you away.
