But the new owner is putting alot of time, effort and money into making this a better community then it has been in the past. Don't let the area scare you away. They Alright - i lived here 03 thru 06 and thru the years ive seen many fights... they would have a Christian Kids group called peanut Butter jelly kids Club... and i remember two teenagers broke out into a fight right in front of them. The apartments are a VERY good size... if you like big rooms and stuff like that. All Bills Paid - I like living here. It is good and quiet, not a lot of noise. Across from a nice residential area. Air conditioning is a water based air conditioner, so can get temped in the summer. Courtyard on Calmont - I said that this was a nice apatment for the rent amount. I have not lived here but i'm looking forward to rent here. I have two friends who live there. I've seen the inside of the aparments. They are ok. My friends like it. I dont know anything about the staff.
