Don't punish yourself - I have been at this complex for over 8 years. It was a great place to live even though it is older. Unfortunately, the owners have stopped maintaining it. The air conditioner has gone out at least 5 times since it came on in April. The hot water is turned off without warning and in the winter months the pool becomes a scummy pond.
