Helpful - As soon as I first walked in the the office to start my move in process, Mardi Joe, and Beatrice were so kind to help me in every way to get started. I later met April, shes been so kind to give me advice since this was my first official time on my own. That's what makes these apartments worth every penny. I have been recommending my friends to come check it out!! Oh and I also ...Full review of Woodstone Apartments

Great Place - Great Staff! Very attentive maintenance - Maintenance is the best, hands down! The staff is always friendly and helpful. Everytime I walk in there someone has a smile on their face and is ready to help. The last place I lived, you never knew what you were going to get when you walked in the door. They have gone up on pricing...but it is well worth the money. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants management to take care ...Full review of Verandas at Cityview

Ghetto! Worst apartment ever! - The day we moved in our ac didn't work. It took us 5 hrs of calling to get the emergency guy to answer. It was over 90 degrees and we have very small children. They had our car towed bc they failed to give us a parking sticker. Our dishwasher flooded the kitchen and this was all in the first 2 wks. There is a drug dealer living below us and the woman across the way was recently drugged and ...Full review of Horizons at Sunridge

Do not live here - Moved in a few months ago and got robbed. They don't take care of anything in terms of maintenance, make you pay for a lot of stuff like trash, sewer fee, and water ($30 bucks a month. Then they make you buy a mandatory insurance ($130 per year). When you move out you must notify them 2 months in advance. ...Full review of The Grove at Sandshell Drive

Lived here in 1980's - Sounds like it hasn't improved - I looked up my old apartment on google, and found these reviews. I was surprised to hear that sound insulation hasn't been improved since I lived there in 1981. My upstairs neighbor snored, and I could hear it so loudly in my unit, that I initially thought there was a car parked outside my window with the motor running. You truly do hear the neighbors as if they are in another ...Full review of La Jolla Terrace
