Overall, OK, but ...

First, the bad news. The walls are thin; you hear people and stereos in neighboring apartments. There are bugs, mostly pharaoh ants. Closets and other storage spaces are small. When people shut their front doors, the walls shudder. Even if you remove your shoes at the threshold, grime from the garage eventually gets tracked on the carpet till it's no longer its original color. The fitness room is rather cramped and gets hot and humid if more than two people are present. Rent is expensive, given that I can find units 200 square feet larger for $100 less within 5 miles. In addition, the rent here has been raised almost $25 per month at each lease renewal (meaning that after two leases, my rent will be nearly $50 more per month after only two years!) Dog owners let their pets poop everywhere, and the staff has not been able to stop it. On the good side, the units are attractive inside and have new appliances and clean cabinets. Bathrooms are large. Pest control is on demand and scheduled about every 4-6 months. The location is good particularly if you want to be near Trinity Trail or downtown; both are within walking distance. My opinion of the staff: I have to give them credit for being tough, but on occasion they have been slow to respond to problems, or worse, indifferent. Overall, this complex is OK, but it could be much better for what I'm required to pay.
