I love the views of downtown but in the end, the price per square foot is not worth it. The staff doesn't really care and they do a poor job of keeping the grounds clean. My biggest concern is security. The drive gates are left open all night several times a month and people only close the side gates 70% of the time. People have had bikes and other stuff stolen and the management doesn??t care.
