OK, if one likes living in a fishbowl

The location is fabulous, and the view is ok, depending on where one's apartment is located. That being said, the leasing staff is ridiculously elitist and rather misogynistic once the lease has been signed, with one noted exception (ironic, since there were mostly women in the office). The maintenance requests must be placed in writing and given to the management team, and they will rather rudely remind one of this fact as one calls in to tell them that the fixture in question is not working. Also, the noises from above, below, and outside the apartment are as though one lived in a cavern. One can hear the utilization of the bathroom from all 4 directions, and one can tell when everyone leaves or comes home. The weighted front doors lets one know when everyone arrives with a bang. The single paned windows are not only energy inefficient, but also allow for entire conversations in the parking garage to be heard through one's closed window opposite to said structure. The average bill for a very conservative household in a 2 bedroom was $190 for the month of January (with no air or heat being run for 2 weeks out of that month). However, the parking garage does allow one to enter the level in which one lives, which is convenient. However, depending on the floor, one might have to walk a floor or so to find a spot on weekends.
