The location is great. It's close to downtown without actually being downtown. The parking is good, although the gate does seem to be broken (in the open position) more frequently than I was comfortable with. The only real negative is that if it rains you'll still get a little wet walking from the garage area to the hallways.
I haven't had any problems with the management. Quite frankly they have been the most competent and professional I've dealt with in Fort Worth.
The rent isn't bad for what you get, particularly this close to downtown. The inside of the apartments, while more than acceptable, aren't as up-to-date as you'd expect given the location. Some new flooring and countertops would go a long way. The building itself does slope and my unit is on that slope, so my sinks never completely drain as they are on a slight angle. It has been extremely quite, which is wonderful. This area doesn't seem to be popular with students. If it wasn't for the fact I've had a reoccurring problem of the roof leaking and the fact I'd like a garage versus just covered parking, I'd stay. I have a feeling I'm going to miss this place.
