Noisy, expensive, high bills, but convenient

Had to call the cops a couple of times for loud and drunken parties. Someone puked in front of my front door.

Insulation is terrible. Electric hot water heater was in a closet outside, so electric bill in the winter was outrageous. Location is fantastic. Staff was approachable and friendly. Service guys were great.
