It is pricey because of the location otherwise it's like any other apts. The manager Eddie is nice and always helpful. The parking garage is convenient but watch the steel poles they can get you... so just be extra careful driving. It is way better than firestone but for downtown living it is kind of disapointing. For fort worth it is okay just not worth the 1k a month for a bedroom. So look into other areas if you work downtown and see if it is worth it. 3rd street is 10-15 minutes so really its quiet far from the restaurants and bars soooo..when i got the apt the place was dirty the carpet and paint was old so i mean what a waste of 1k a month and i didnt like the fact that i had no choice for my cable and internet so yeah ask about that before you move.. watch for electric bills here. Moving out soon. Good luck with your stay.
