The prices are reasonable, but the apartments are small and falling apart. They are raising the rent and not fixing anything. There have been multiple times that maintenance people have come into my apartment and I wasn't aware of it. I would come home and notice that things had been moved around. When I asked the manager about it she just states that it wont happen again. My car has been broken in to, right in front of my apartment. A whole set of cars were recently wrecked parked outside of the apartments. It's hard to get a parking spot because there is no assigned parking and many times people's company will take all of the front space parking. The leasing office opens whenever they want to. It could be me but it also seems like the manager only wants --------- to live in these apartments. The new assistant manager looks 10 years old and she smokes marijuana. This is just an awful establishment and if you can afford to spend a little extra money then you should do it and don't move here.
