I pay $389.00 for rent. What should i expect' Not a lot of high quality living, obviously. If you want a nice place to live, then count this apartment complex out. If your poor as ----, then you might want to give Aden Crest a try. For just $389 a month you can expect car alarms going off at all hours of the night, plenty of tejano music to set the mood, roaches, ants, stray cats, and your bathroom ceiling to cave in because of major mold problems. For no extra charge you can expect the occasional hostage crisis (Yes, the Day before thanksgiving there was a hostage crisis. I know because the SWAT team and police would not let me into my apartment until 3 am on Thanksgiving morning).
For the price that i am paying i would say this apartment complex is doing a great job. Keep up the sloppy job, and i will keep paying $389.00

When I called them the price was over $400 on a lease, for the cheapest? The manager (-------) seemed to be a snob. Now I know what you meant. She even hang up on me when I asked her who is the owner. So, I figured that is the treatment probably tenants get. Out of my list, for sure.
