Let's see at first I didn't have many problems.
Then...neighbors yelling in the breezeway and right outside MY bedroom window at all hours of the night. Complaints to management went unanswered. Neighbors still there when I moved out. These were the same neighbors who shot a gun across the parking lot when kids were playing outside after school (two of which belonged to me).
Staff: Not very knowledgeable, or helpful. The same month I moved out I saw several other residents leaving due to the meeting where they tried to get things under control and went too far in the other direction.
Maintenance: I can not comment on the new maintenance guys, but maintenance used to be a problem. They would come out, but I would still have the same problem. This would go on several times on several issues.
Move Out: They are trying to charge me additional rent, my things were moved out and keys, parking stickers, etc. were all handed directly to office staff the day I had given as my move out date. All rent was paid in full, why the additional charge' The manager couldn't tell me, she just said that I should have been charged more for the carpet and couldn't get past that issue. If they messed up the billing on the carpet why is that my problem'
Overall: Do Not Make a Mistake moving here......you will be stuck in a lease with no option to get out.

Bull crap... You're either someone from the office or someone the office staff put up to writing this. There are no good things about Alemeda Villas!!

I agree with TakeANumber. I have lived here for a while and have had nothing but problems from the office staff, maintenance personel and noisy obnoxious neighbors. I would say "no" do not come. It is a living nightmare.

I am not from the office, nor was I put up to this from the office staff. I posted my opinion, based on my experience. I do agree that some things need to be changed, such as the parking. I do not think the charge is acceptable since I was not told about it from the beginning. I also must say that they have made an effort to clean the place up since I first moved in. I also agree with the pool being closed all the time, I would like to know why also since I have two children, but I have also lived in really bad apartments and these are not even close.

I call BS on you as well. If you are so proud of where you live and are not from the office why don't you post your opinion under your name not Anonymous. I'm sure that you will be taking you 2 kids trick or treating around the complex. Or maybe you use to live in como or stop six and in that case this place is a small step up for you.
