MANAGEMENT KNOWS ABOUT ROBBERIES, BREAKINS, AND DRUG SELLERS, AND DOSEN'T DO ANYTHING. THEY OVER CHARGE YOU ON THE ELECTRIC BILLS. AND DOSEN'T LET MAINTENTANCE KNOW OF EMEGERENCIES.
