i lived there for about 3 months with my fiance and a roommate.. by the third month we had to get out we were supposed to be there for 6 months..many people did not and probably still would not believe us but it is haunted.. we had the townhome u kno the two story one.. and honestly u could hear someone goin up and down the stairs when the only person there is u. u could hear some men talking but couldnt make it out but u knew it was commin from the living room.. my fiance said he glanced up the stairs one moment and could have sworn he saw someone comming down the stairs.. and ah much more.. not to mention my purse was stolen from my car one night.. there are people wondering around the parkin lot at anytimes in the night.. a nieghbor was smokin weed from their balcony.. and im pretty sure there was some drug dealin goin on there.. o and my fiance and i were walkin to the pool one day and saw i rat!.there was some roaches that popped up out of no where which was gross... other than that the staff were great.. and the rooms were big .. but i just didnt feel safe there..

I moved here about 3 months ago. This property is not haunted. People don't roam the parking lot all hours of the night. As far as someone smoking weed on their balcony is concerned, that happens just about any place you go to. Haven't seen any rats; however, there could be some as there is a big field behind the property. Roaches are from being dirty. We do get water bugs that look like roaches. I'm quite happy.

I used to live there a couple of years ago. I was in the very back with my bedroom facing that big open field. I saw not just a rat but the KING GRANDADDY RAT one night and almost had a fit! There were also geckos that hang around your door which i am afraid of. Other than that the price and value is nice. it's a beautiful and homely place to live:)
