The main manager in the office is the rudest human being that I have ever come into contact with. She thinks she is better than everyone and she talks down to people and is very degrading.
There are way too many kids running around without supervision, and at night time the noise is almost unbearable.
A girl was raped and gunpoint last year. And this year another girl was robbed in the parking lot. I do not advise that anyone should step foot outside in the night time.
Also there is a massive amount of drug abuse here. Plus domestic violence. Basically the Arbors is one big trailer park.
And you are lucky if the laundry room is ever in working order.

I hope you moved somewhere that has absolutley no crime or kids what so ever-- oh, wait... THAT'S NOT POSSIBLE!!! There is crime everywhere and the only people that can control the kids running around are their parents, the office staff is not responsible for that.
I have lived at The Arbors for over 2 years and yeah, some bad things have happened, but it is definitely NOT a trailer park! I have lived in FAR worse places before! If you make your home in an apartment complex your going to have to deal with things from time to time... same if you live in a house... it doesnt matter! Good luck in never never land!

I disagree about the manager being rude. She's a very nice person. Kids are or are not controlled by their parents, not the ladies in the office. It's not their responsibility. Things happen every where. The Arbors is far from being a trailer park. What world do you live in?
