Arbors On Oakmont

No Major Complaints From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/16/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008   I have lived at the Arbors for 3 years with no major complaints. They pick up trash from the curb twice a week and the maintenance crew is fantastic. The head maintenance man takes great pride in his job and wants to please you by doing his job right the first time. The only things i would mention to be negative about the Arbors is two fold. 1) Amy the manager. She hardly listens to you when you are talking and therefore can't understand what you are saying. She is a complete space cadet and quite rude. and 2) the bowling alley behind the complex. Depending on the night you can hear people goofing off in the parking lot but FWPD does a decent job of keeping everything under control. I love the Arbors. You can't beat the location and the team is magnificent absent of Amy. I would highly recommend it.
