Though The Ratings Are Not the Highest This is a Great place to live.I saw one comment that said they are slum lords That is a lie I have Lived under the roof of slum lords trust me when I say Beacon Hill is no slum.The office staff is top notch and very friendly and helpfull.Not to mention easy on the eyes.Beacon Hill also Has free movie rentals in the office with new movies ariveing every three weeks.Never have I had a problem with maintenance responding to a problem no matter how small.When I moved into my apartment The make ready was perfect I could not Find a single unfilled nail hole in the wall and the carpet was near mint condition and the paint fresh.Yes these are older apartments but they are very well kept. I also read a comment about a person getting there car towed .Well all I can say about that is when i moved in the office staff went over the property parking rules in detail and yes they do from time to time have to tow a car.Wouldnt you agree that a few people complaining about getting there car towed is better than two hundred complaining because there is no parking.So if you got your car towed to bad. There is plenty of visitor parking that is clearly marked with paint.I will speak all good I know about this property.Why'Because it is a great place to live.Beacon Hill is toataly gated offering more security than many other apartments in this area.Maintenance is on call even after normal business hours .So give Beacon Hill a try you might just be suprised.I was
