I lived at Beacon Hill for 9 months or more I can't really remember how long but I do remember it was terrible. A few months before our lease was up we noticed someone was using our movies, (we're ---- and everything is in chronological and alphabetical order, which is a good idea if you want to catch someone messing with your stuff) food that we hadn't opened yet opened and eaten from. No one but us had keys and the staff. One night we went to bed, and as we slept we heard what sounded like thunder. We ignored it thinking there was a storm, but then our dog started barking and she doesn't bark during storms. Someone was trying to pry the screen off of our office(2nd bedroom) window! While we were in the apt.! The person ran and we called the police. OUR OFFICE WINDOW'S WERE UNLATCHED AND CRACKED OPEN!! We never opened any of the windows. Too many people smoked around our apartment and my boyfriend is allergic to cigarette smoke. We didn't sleep for nights. Every night we checked our windows. After about a week, we checked the windows when we got home and sure enough the same window was unlatched and open. We confronted the office and they said "Oh we do extensive backgrounds on everyone of our employees" and dismissed the whole thing! We feared for our lives, if our dog didn't bark I honestly believe the person breaking into the house that was brave enough to continue to try and come in while we were in the apt. would have harmed us or killed us and robbed us blind.
