I drove by and came to ask for the contract to look at. The manager and agents freaked out. They did not tell me who is the owner neither they showed me the rules and policies. They asked me to pay my application fee upfront before they will actually show me the papers to sign. And app. fee is non-refundable. They refused to go trough the papers and contract before I pay them.

Future resident, beware of apartment complex like this and stay away. If the manager trying to hide information from you, think twice before you move-in!!!
