This is not the worst place I've lived...but it's close! Parking is joke! Maint is retarded! I've called them in to fix the same thing 5 times in the last 2 months! Most of the office staff is nice, but the GM is kind of a B*tch! Lack of hot water is becoming a frequent problem! And it would be nice to not have to walk across the complex just to do my laundry!

Well if your not happy, I would get out and see if the grass is greener else where. The Managment do go above and beyond with what they have to work with. I have lived here for years.If maintenance is slow at repairs maybe you should let upper managment know this so they can resolve your issue.These postings are a joke. If you do not like something best resolution is to get out. I think the saying is you get what you pay for and most people are not miracle workers.
