I'm kidding, this place still sucks. Okay I wrote a few weeks ago about this apt. Well I still have not gotten anyone to fix my roof ( 2 months )which has a huge hole in it and leaks a 1/2 a gallon worth of air conditioner condensation a day. I advised the office so they told me I could move into a new Apartment. So I took 3 different days off to get myself into the new apartment. When moving day came, I was told that I owe them 340 dollars for the transfer. I advised that it was their crappy apartment that was making me move, not personal choice. So I sucked it up and was going to pay and then she told me that my rent was going to go up 40.00 a month even though it was the exact same apt I had now. So I told her I would not be moving and that I would be breaking my lease. She said fine but guess what, when I went to move into a new apartment I'll have to pay a crazy amount of money to break this lease plus it will look bad on your credit. I feel like I am in prison and there's no way out. Oh by the way, thanks to 2 1/2 months rent free and no credit check or criminal background check, you will get to share your home w/ every drug addict criminal in Fort Worth. Thank you Bentley Square for being my own prison.FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, CHERISH YOUR FAMILY, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SECTION 8 HOUSING.
