The new offices can't keep records straight and that have made threats to send us to collection twice after making all of our payments on time. The staff is confused and the paper work is not kept. I have spent more time trying to prove myself than actually enjoying this place. domestic violence is also high.

Kind of confused. Have never had a problem with the office or bills. Everything is perfect and righton time. They are all very nice there. You have to understand that somethings may get mixed up in a million dollar renovation, moving the office, and doing regular maintenance at the same time. Patience is a virtue! It it beautiful here especially after comparison with other properties. Especially when they finish the upgrading. Also, management has NOTHING to do with domestic abuse or violence. That is the tenants who cause the problems responsibility. Being a former police officer, I advise to call the Fort Worth Police when you hear, think you hear or even SUSPECT that kind of behavior. We all are responsible to help our neighbor. And you might just save life and limb for someone else, instead of just complaining about it. I am sure it would be appreciated by all, especially the cops and you would have done your good deed. I hope your financial mix ups with the office get fixed as I am sure they will so that you can enjoy how beautiful this place if going to be when all is finished. They are trying their best!
