Low Price and -0- Maintenance Inside & Out From: Glowingperson Date posted: 10/14/2003 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003   Office staff does not know what is going on. There is no maintenance inside or outside. Gated community but usually gates are inoperative. Fence has many boards missing and permits for intruders to enter as they please onto the property. Laundry facilities are dirty and often inoperative. Swimming pool is dirty and black and not usuable. Would I recommend...NO. Price is low and you do not even get your money's worth at the low price. Everyone let's their small children run around at all hours of the night. Not good.
