I re-habilitated this dump...trust me

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 1999
 
I lived here as an employee in 1999 when it was owned by the mega-slum lord Barry Nussbaum, otherwise known as B.N.C. Residential.
I know this complex inside and out, having totally re-modeled over 50 apartments.
This nightmare is old, dilapidated and literally falling apart at the seams.
Take it from one who knows...unless you're a masochist, DON'T live here!!!
