Cameron Creek is an OK place to live. If at all possible, try to work with anyone else but Elaine...she is the biggest idiot that Trivest could find to employ. Everyone else in the office is great to work with. They always do what they say they are going to do and most important...they know what they are doing. As for the property itself, its not anything to look twice at. For the price you pay, you get a decent place to live, but trust me...there is A LOT of room for improvement. I currently live here and have noticed that the people that are moving in lately are not the type of people I would think they would lease to. Within the past month there has been an increase of cars driving by at 1-2 in the morning with there stereos booming as loud as possible. If you don't cherish your sleep and you aren't looking for anything with frills then this is the place for you.
