Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004
 
We lived here for 3 and 1/2 years, and overall it was okay. Our maintenance requests were always fixed within 24 hours, and the office was always very kind and helpful.
We lived on the first floor, and you can hear EVERY noise from overhead, and a lot of noise from next door in the bedroom.
I think for the money, this is a decent place to live.
