This is the first time I've lived on my own. Cameron Creek wasn't the first apartments I looked at, but they were pretty reasonable with their prices.
The only thing I disagree with is the parking. Parking is limited in front of your apartment. It's not easy finding a parking spot. You have to get home around 4 to get a close parking spot, or don't leave your apartment period. Oh yeah, and the paid parking. What the h***' You have to pay extra money to park under a shed. Okay, I've never heard of that before, but people do find strange ways to make extra money off of you.
