Everything breaks all the time, problem with roaches. Noise in horrible, you can here people talking in the next apartment, if some on was walking upstairs it sounded like elephants were invading Texas. Electric bill is outrages, which is another indication of poor insulation. So if you think you will save on the rent, think again, because all those savings will go straight to you electric company. Bottom line stay away from this crappy apartments that are falling apart.

Never have I read a statment more true about this dump called Cameron Creek

When I lived there someone told me that the reason they call it Cameron Creek is because of all the pipes bursting in the buildings. It floods all the time! Not to mention the flooding of the grounds with muck!
