It took 3 weeks for me to get my fridge fixed. I lost $175 in groceris and the staff didnt even care. When I said that I was going to complain with Better Business Bureau. The then said that they would evict me. DO NOT pay these people to just abuse you. These apartments are terrible. DO NOT RENT HERE.

This happened to me at a different apt complex. They are responsible for reimbursing you for the cost of the food you lost. It's called Renter's Rights. You have a certain amount of time to make a complaint. They can not evict you for complaining because that is retaliatory behavior and they can be sued for that. Document everything, go back to them and ask for reimbursement, and if they refuse, tell them you're contacting the health department and BBB about all the problems going on out there.
