Nice Apartment, bad maintenance

I love my apartment, it seems bigger than it really is and the floorplan is nice for a one bedroom, especially for the price. The parking around my building sucks, but other buildings don't seem to have the same problem. Most neighbors are really nice, although a few seem alittle ghetto.
Only real complaint is that of the few maintenance calls I have had to make none have been attended in a timely fashion. My last apartment actually nailed my front door shut on accident, but at least they showed up. My disposal went out here and it took 3 weeks for someone to finally come fix it.
