this is the worst apartment complex i have ever had. i live on the first floor and i can hear every step my upstairs neihbors take. not to mention their screaming and crying. i have put in about 6 work orders now (not exaggerating) for my A/C and a few other things to be fixed and still nothing has happened. i had a Christmas present that i was having shipped to my house that i bought for my girlfriend stolen off my front porch. the water heater sucks, the washer and dryers and always broken, there are always kids making out by the pool or in the laundry room, and much more. when i read the complaints on here before i moved in i thought "ah, it can't be that bad. i can deal with it." but this place is terrible and i have lived in some crappy places. It may seem nice when you take the tour, but for your sake dont live here. if you do, mention the thin walls and ceiling, tell them you need functioning A/C, Water pressure, and everything else in this letter and they should knock off a few hundred dollars. if they dont. dont live here.
