The walls here are very thin, and the people in the office truely SUCK! I've lived here for a little over 2 months and haven't liked it one bit. We looked at the apartments and fell in love, then with the office staff saying everything they can, we took the deal. The leasing agent that helped us is a joke. I should have seen the sign when my husband and I came to sign the lease. She had almost every detail of our lease wrong. They also told us that we could pick the apartment that we wanted, and at lease signing we find out that we couldn't have the apartment that we had hand picked. On the day that we picked up the keys we asked our leasing agent to do the walk through with us. She was suppose to come by at 5 and at 5:30 we called her to find out that she had forgotten about us and wouldn't be able to make it. She's sucks and is such a ditz that she forgets everything that you say and she doesn't doesn't do anything she says she'll do. We can hear the apartment underneath us. I have complained at least 3 to 4 times about their noise level. I was told by the office staff that THEY HAVE NEVER HAD A NOISE COMPLAINT before! SHAA..that's a JOKE!! I was also told that I either need to call the cops on our neighbors underneath us or I need to confront them myself. I doubt that he has even received a lease violation although I was told other wise. The second time that I complained the lady told me that she would send out a flyer to all in the same apartment complex as me about noise control. I asked if I would get one too and she said yes. I've yet to get that and that was over 1 month ago. I deal with his noise every freaking day and feel like I am going crazy. The office staff seems really put off by any complaint that is made. Now I am having a problem with the neighbor that I share my bedroom wall with. They have sex at like midnight to 3 in the morning. I hear their bed ramming against the wall that we share along with all the moaning and groaning that goes along with it. I can not believe how thin the walls are here. Also, the access gates allow anyone to come in and solicit. The mailroom is really unsafe, anyone has access to this room and it's really secluded. They have painted the outside of our apartment including our door and balcony without even letting us know when they were going to do it. They repainted the floors of our balcony and without our knowledge we could have stepped out onto wet paint and tracked it all in our apartment. The workers have welding sticks all over the ground and dog poo is everywhere. You really have to watch where you step here!! Please listen to the complaints. It's not worth cheap rent to move in here. They make you feel crazy and stupid about any complaint. I can't wait until our lease is up, we will definately not be renewing our lease here at Cameron Creek Apartments.

I too have complained about my neighbors LOUD music and was told to confront them or call the police ..I was sooo pissed off at that response I went down to the office and yelled at the idiotic girl and told her that was HER job not mine and that is what she gets paid to do haha needless to say the 2 couples that were in there did not sign a lease ...and when i complained that the hole in my ceiling has not been fixed for 2months now (and still isnt) i was told it would be fixed immediately (that was 2wks ago) and the "black" maintenace man ..WATCH OUT FOR HIM I have personally witnessed him trying to break into my neighbors apartment with a crowbar and when he seen me he left and got on his golf car and drove away ..and when i tried to mention it to the office they didnt care ...so yes this place truly sucks ...Cindy is always helpful and prompt but she really needs to get new staff and some maintenance men that are actually worth a ----!!
